EUROBLECH 2006, Hannover Perfect TIG welding – wherever you are LORCH Schweißtechnik, Auenwald presents at the exhibition JOIN-EX in Wien the full digital inverter serie „T“ for mobile TIG- and MMA welding. LORCH developed the new T-serie for welding professionals, who do not want to miss high TIG-welding quality neither in workshop or assembly. Pure Power, highest user comfort and perfect welding results were the required specifications of the new T-serie for the LORCH engineers. Background for the ultramodern control concept according to the LORCH slogan "three steps and weld", is the SmartBase expert data base developed by LORCH. Only with a few parameters, the „T“ calculates the best welding adjustment. High-grade steel and aluminum railings can be welded without welding spatters, with thin seams and a perfect optic. And with the LORCH MACS, the new developed alternating current procedure, aluminum can be welded perfectly within the thin sheet range - also with Fastpuls up to 2 kHz. The patented Sine-Power Management in the T-serie offers 220A maximum welding current at 230V mains without turning off the fuse, even at long cable. With only 15 kg net weight the T-serie has a strong duty cycle of 35% at TIG and electrode welding. Welding without breaks. Due to the strong construction the T-serie offers twice as much dropping security as demanded by law, plus a perfect dust protection. The T-serie is available in two versions with 220A as DC or AC/DC machine. With three years LORCH full warranty.
