NEW: Lorch SpeedUp
Vertical up welding, as easily and quickly as never before.

The speed revolution goes on. At this years Welding & Cutting exhibition Lorch presents in addition to their MIG-MAG process innovations SpeedPulse and Speed Arc also their brandnew MIG-MAG welding process SpeedUp. A process technology which makes MIG-MAG vertical welding up to 100% faster.

The necessary typical triangular movements can be entirely abandoned with the SpeedUp-process. Instead of “xmas tree shape” welding, the welder can simply and straight pull up. This becomes possible due to a special process combination and the application of two diferrent arc phases. The first „hot“ high current load phase melts the material optimally. The subsequent second „cold“ phase with low energy input ensures a deep penetration, exact dimensioned seam filling and an accordingly exact a-measure. Due to high-end control technology the change between the phases is without transition and almost no spatter. The new process innovation „SpeedUp“ is applicable to steel, CrNi’s and aluminium metal sheets up to 12mm thickness. SpeedUp is available for the P synergic model ranges and S-SpeedPulse series by Lorch. Already the stepless adjustable MIG-MAG Inverter unit LORCH P synergic with SpeedUp achieves time savings of 60 to 80% compared to common vertical welding. Unlike common MIG-MAG machines, the P synergic can do vertical welding on aluminium. At the S-SpeedPulse by LORCH, the SpeedUp is additionally pulse controlled and thus ensuring more efficiency. The speed advantage here amounts up to 100%.
