Robust turntable solutions with highest synchronized speed accuracy
LORCH Schweisstechnik in Auenwald/Germany introduces the Turn300 and Turn500, their new large turntables for loads of up to 300 and/or 500 kg. The Lorch turntable range, which previously included the Turn50 and Turn100, is supplemented thereby for higher weight categories. The turntables are also precisely driven by the controller unit “Control” and are in all components - like e.g. the vector-regulated frequency inverter and the modern, robust alternating current technology – construed for highest constancy and precision.

In this way an absolutely constant synchronized speed accuracy is realized, also with eccentric workpieces (such as tube bends and armatures). In particular with automated seams, this represents a completely central influential factor, which enables accurate seam quality. The two turntables possess sufficient power reserves for permanent synchronization and guarantee, due to their high-quality processing, a long service life. All turntables are ready for integration with all components of the Lorch Automation range. Due to the open concept and the LorchNet connection of the central control unit, Turn300 and Turn500 can be adjusted easily to the requirements of individual automation solutions and also be integrated in higher-level automation systems and production lines.
NEW: Longitudinal Seam Solutions by Lorch
Lorch Automation solutions for circular welding seam applications, which have been proven in practice and improved the welding productivity in many medium sized businesses, is now also available for longitude welding. All well known advantages already available from the circular seam-system are effective here as well: modular system, perfectly coordinated components, quick implementation, individual upgradeability, rapid conversion and a simple operation concept.
